The attached example (DualHead.java) exhibits problems when run with the latest
JOGL beta. An error message (RegisterClass Failed) is often printed; when it is,
dispatch of mouse events is usually broken, so it is impossible to close the
app's open windows.

Added needed synchronization around creation of dummy windows for
wglChoosePixelFormatARB calls. Fixed race condition in StaticGLInfo initialization.
