Jogamp/JOGL version: 2.3.2
OS: Windows 10
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 3000
CPU: Intel Core i7 2670QM

When using a NEWT window in Windows 10 the mouse pointer doesn't switch to the resizable mouse arrow when mousing over a border, or dragging to resize.

(Resizing works as it should other than that.)

Producing an animated GIF truly made me smile. 
You won the price for the most creative bug report so far.

For that I put it on 2.5.0 to be investigated further - after 2.4.0.
And your anim gif confirmed the issue I guess.
