NVidia no longer ships the Cg 1.3 package which JOGL's Cg support is built on.
In order for new users to use Cg JOGL's support must be upgraded to 1.4. This
work has already been done in the JSR-231 branch and should be brought back into
the main trunk.

This has been fixed now that the JSR-231 branch has been folded back on to the
main trunk.
