This patch fixes a JOGL issue where JOGL panels will only be shown on the
primary head of a multiheaded fix.  It also allows a single program do display 2
different JOGL panels on 2 different heads.

Thanks for the patch. The X11 visual selection code has been rewritten as of
JOGL 1.1 beta 01. It should fix this issue. Please reopen this issue or file a
new one if not.
