The currently included PNGJ does not support PNG Interlace.  PNGJ has included support in version 1.1.x.  Please update PNGJ in JOGL to the latest release.

- Update PNGJ 0.85 -> 1.12 (w/ interlace read support)

- Added PNG Interlace read tests (TestPNGTextureFromFileNEWT)
