This is a patch to properly destory the GLContext under Linux/X11 when you are
creating and destroying many GLContexts.  If you do not destory the GLContexts
properly, eventually you will deadlock the machine. (at least on the
radeon-based machines we tested)

Sorry for not commenting on this bug earlier. Proper support for context
destruction and recreation was added to one of the JOGL betas. There may still
be problems with this support, but it seems to be working with at least some
graphics cards and drivers. I&apos;m marking this bug as &quot;works for me&quot;; please file
a new bug if you see problems with the existing OpenGL context destruction code
in JOGL.
