It would be helpful to include the version information in the file names of the
release builds including the source code package.  For example:
jogl-src-1.1b05.zip.  I have been in the process of writing an "ebuild" (a build
script) for Gentoo Linux.  However, the Gentoo folks will not allow unversioned
file names (messes up their MD5 sums).

This bug was previously known as _bug_ 107 at https://jogl.dev.java.net/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=107

This bug was marked DUPLICATE 121 -> 107 in the database it was moved from, referencing the original with a higher ID than this.
Changing resolution to "MOVED"
