If a GLEventListener is added to a GLCanvas after the canvas is shown and the
context created, init() will not be called on it because that event is triggered
only when the OpenGL context is created. This at least needs to be specified;
perhaps it can be fixed in the JOGL internals.

Added caveat in documentation about adding GLEventListener before GLAutoDrawable
is shown. It is infeasible to paper over this in the JOGL implementation.
