JOGL's license needs to be clarified in a top-level document like LICENSE.txt
containing the BSD license text from one of the source files, as well as all of
the other licenses referenced, specifically SGI's for the GLU sources and
LWJGL's for portions of the GLU port.

A top-level LICENSE.txt containing the license terms of all of the sub-portions
of the JOGL source tree has been added. A top-level README.txt containing mostly
acknowledgments has also been added.
