JOGLAppletLauncher is now (as of JOGLAppletLauncher version 1.3) trying to
create a directory with an invalid name. It uses a data/time stamp of the latest
release build. The time portion of the stamp contains a ":" (as in "12:00:00")
which is an invalid character in a Windows filename. I do not believe this
affects stable builds (since they don't include a time as part of their
versioning information), so this bug isn't too serious. However, people should
be aware that this causes JOGLAppletLauncher to not work on nightly builds.

Replaced invalid ':' characters with legal '_' character.
