class DDSImage return incorrect mipmap level data for lowest mipmaps in case
then image width and height not equal. In that case mipMapHeight or mipMapWidth
can return 0.

To fix problem, in mipMapHeight/mipMapWidth need to make following change:
>    return height;
to
>    return Math.max( height, 1 );

Thanks for the patch. It's been applied to the JOGL source tree.
