---- Reported by tkoeck 2008-01-04 07:58:16 ----

The nightly build packages for linux amd64 have a dependency to glibc 2.4
(symbol __stack_chk_fail@@GLIBC_2.4). Since there are current distributions
which don't have glibc 2.4 yet (like Debian Etch) it would be nice if the
build would not have this dependency. The linux i386 package does not have
this dependency (it still had it in the 1.0 packages).

---- Additional Comments From kbr 2008-01-07 14:43:29 ----

We'll see what we can do. Currently we're running an Ubuntu distro on our 64-bit
Linux nightly build machine which is why we have the glibc 2.4 dependence.

---- Additional Comments From kbr 2008-02-15 23:30:53 ----

This has been fixed by downgrading our 64-bit Ubuntu machine. Please reopen this
bug or open a new one if you continue to see a problem.
