The methods

CgGL.cgSetCompilerIncludeCallback
CgGL.cgSetCompilerIncludeString

are missing from the CgGL implementation.  This makes it very difficult to
combine Cg shaders which use common components.  

Would you be able to extend the spec to include these important methods?

We'll need to upgrade to a more recent version of Cg as well as either add support to GlueGen for callbacks 
or write manual glue code for these methods. Not completely trivial.
