All JogAmp modules shall be licensed under the New BSD 3-clause license.

New modules shall only use the JogAmp New BSD license header, see jogl/LICENSE.txt (L.1).

Modules containing non New BSD licensed code need to be cleaned,
ie. made conformant.

This is a generic bug and specific ones referencing a module shall be linked to it,
if appropriate.
