Running the gear demo on a multi (2) head workstation the JFrame appears on
screen 1 but the opengl native window appears on screen 0.

System is Solaris 9, JDK 1.4.2 beta (b19), dual IFB, no xinerama.

Probably problem in hardwiring of Display or RootWindow routines. Was unclear at
the time how to do this properly. Will need to find machine to test on or get
assistance from user in testing any fix.

The X11 visual selection code has been rewritten as of JOGL 1.1 beta 01. It
should fix this issue. Please reopen this issue or file a new one if not.
