It looks like commit 6508b1bd4bdc1bb7ef71bfeb96052fae67a2f425 by Rami accidentally checked in his private settings for the Ant path in jogl/.externalToolBuilders/jogl builder.launch. Undoing this commit fixes the problem.

Rami should set up Ant as a user library (described at http://jogamp.org/wiki/index.php/Building_JOGL_in_Eclipse#Create_an_Ant_user_library) to avoid checking in a path to a platform- or user-specific version of Ant.
