Update to mention the JogAmp IRC channel.

Possibly add a JogAmp centric README.txt instead of having two separate jogl.README.txt and joal.README.txt

Remove references to the Userguide.html, it is not included in the archive.

Agreed - you go ahead Sir.

You may simply merge the README int Gluegen ?
Gluegen already holds jogamp modules version number etc
and is the root module of all ..
