Goal is to have a clean module, depending on JOGL and JOGL's Graph API
providing a framework for input specifications as implemented in Graph_UI_Plugin, e.g. SVG, Blender, .. 

Core's framework allows plugins to implement interactive and semantic hooks to the input specification, e.g. input events and animation.

Graph_UI shall be build from it's own project and git repository
and hence optional to JOGL, while it depends on it.

GraphUI has been isolated within JOGL, build as atomic graphui.jar and included in jogl-all (and hence fat)
