The GL constant GL_FADE_THRESHOLD_SIZE needs to be included. It is part of the
point parameter capabilities and interacts with the multisampling spec.

I am pretty sure you mean GL_POINT_FADE_THRESHOLD_SIZE, which is present. Please
reopen the issue if you meant something different.
