---- Reported by kbr 2004-07-15 15:26:44 ----

GKW on the java.net forums recently pointed out that there is an off-by-one
error in the pixel format selection on Windows for onscreen contexts when using
the OS's recommended pixel format, either from wglChoosePixelFormatARB or
ChoosePixelFormat. The root cause is the failure to subtract one from the
recommendedPixelFormat before invoking the GLCapabilitiesChooser.
