Another report of addNotify/removeNotify not being tracked properly, this one
related to JInternalFrames and fullscreen mode.

Sorry for not commenting on this bug earlier. The test case appears to work fine
at this point; many issues have been fixed including correct
addNotify/removeNotify tracking for GLCanvas. Please retest with the latest JOGL
build and with the forthcoming 1.1 b08 and reopen this bug (with a more complete
description, please) or file a new one if problems persist.
