X.org no longer installs into the legacy /usr/X11R6 directory since Fedora
6/RHEL 5, and the same is true of Debian-derived systems.

I believe that this change will break our nightly builds which are deliberately
performed on an older Ubuntu distribution. If you can provide an updated patch
that will guarantee that it will work with both the old or the new layout I'll
be glad to incorporate it.
