Description Wade Walker 2010-12-21 16:26:11 CET
The etc\test.bat script for build b261 fails on both Windows 7 Pro and Windows XP Pro SP3 when running inside VMWare Player 3.1.0 build-261024.

I've tested JOGL 1.1.1a inside VMWare like this and it works fine, though there are some minor drawing differences due to the Mesa drivers.

The OpenGL version inside VMWare reports as "2.1 Mesa 7.7.1-DEVEL".

I'll attach the log files for both OSes with debug flags turned on.

Thank you for all your test, great stuff.
Just a hint, can you pls set the mime type to text/plain next time,
so I just can read it without dl it ? thx

well, I don't have vmware .. but I will check with virtualbox now ..

Does it work now, since we changed a lot in this area ?

If not, new (debug) log files would be very much appreciated, thank you.

I retested Win XP 32-bit and Win 7 32-bit inside VMWare, and both of them work now. The etc\test.bat works, and the Gears JUnit test works too (I manually verified that the graphics look correct).
