20170729 18:06:15 <i-make-robots> I've been trying to isolate an on-quit jogl exception in my app for weeks now and it's making me crazy.
20170729 18:06:33 <i-make-robots> https://github.com/MarginallyClever/Makelangelo-software is the app.
20170729 18:08:19 <i-make-robots> the bug has bee known for a year (https://github.com/MarginallyClever/Robot-Overlord-App/issues/24) but since it's on quit it's been low priority. kind of the "thanks for playing wing commander!" of bugs.
20170729 18:08:45 <i-make-robots> all i know for sure is that if I comment out all calls to using the GL2 instance, it goes away.
20170729 18:16:51 <i-make-robots> more recently I'm only getting the exception every SECOND time I run the app. exciting, right?
20170729 18:17:24 <i-make-robots> trying to remove items to get a minimal case that creates the error is tougher when it needs to be run twice to check it still happens.
20170729 18:22:16 <i-make-robots> ugh, it's not every second time, it's now less than every second time. i suspect it's some kind of inter-thread problem.
