"Khronos group has not yet submitted their content, however they typically go all day on Wednesday (10am-5pm). Knowing that, would you like to go with your Monday option?" Hence I have picked: Monday, 11 August 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Dear All, as usual .. pls send in your material for us (our yourself on stage) to showcase! - Apps - Libraries - Games - Demos DO IT!
Hi Feel free to show this small Minecraft-like demo that I ported to JogAmp: https://github.com/gouessej/ArdorCraftAPITest The main class is here: https://github.com/gouessej/ArdorCraftAPITest/blob/master/src/com/ardorcraft/examples/thegame/RealGameApplication.java It's an Eclipse project. Big kudos to Rikard Herlitz for ArdorCraft API and Joshua Slack for Ardor3D of course. It should work in desktop environments, not sure it would work with OpenGL-ES.
I know it's late - I asked whether our 2013's T-shirt vendor is able to print until Monday .. If possible, I guess an integrated 'peace symbol' might be appropriated <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peace_symbols> However, since there is not much time left, I will try to hook something together.
currently confirmed participants: - Rami (if he gets his VISA) - Harvey - Sven Any more ?
To be quite honest, euphoric of doing this travel is absent this year due to the political, war and epidemic situation. Hence I understand if any of you lacks the fun this year as well and prefer to stay home. Nevertheless, the BOF will go on, and I will collect demos and presentations until this Thursday/Friday assembling them until Sunday. It would be nice of you, if you can reply and participate in the planning a bit, even if you are not on-site. - Rami is willing to showcase advances in C3D's JOGL usage. - Julien provided some material to showcase - I intend to showcase GraphUI, Stereoscopy and other techs in detail. Hence this year will not be a demo-on-demo show like 2013, but elaborating more on the technical details. At least one needs to exchange the camera's battery on-site to cover the whole BOF. Hope that is enough motivational talk here :) Laters .. Sven
I'll be there! I don't have any stunning new code to showcase this year, since mostly my work on JOCL this past year has been build system and regression test fixes, but I will be there for the BoF regardless. I'm at SIGGRAPH courtesy of my day job though, so during the daytime (except for our BoF) I'll be attending paper presentations and otherwise learning stuff for work. However, I'll be available in the evenings if we have any get-togethers :)

Maybe you can do a few slides representing our JOCL maintenance / stability. > However, I'll be available in the evenings if we have any > get-togethers :) At least one good dinner after our BOF :)
I can't be there, unfortunately (shocking, I know). But I could do a bit on the new Maven packages and classloader features (you can use build systems other than Maven now, for example) and pretty much all of the atomics are covered. The atomics have some new frontend packages along the same lines as our current -main packages, to allow you to automatically pull in subsets. For example, you can depend on nativewindow-main and get "nativewindow for all platforms" and so on.

On Monday, Aug 11, there is a hack night over at the local Mozilla office we could adjourn to at 6pm and hang out/do some demos. There are always interesting people at these nights. I can get some seats held for us if anyone is interested. Harvey
