Using jogl with any driver that uses the Mesa 5.x software libraries, the
glCanvas.canCreateOffscreenDrawable() function always returns true, although it
seems that it cannot. Jogl needs to return the correct ability to use pBuffer
support.

I don't know if there is another test that can be used to properly determine if
pBuffer support is available or not.
