Log indicating issue with IOUtil.testDirExec

Noticed GLProfile was taking 60s to return, dug deeper to find the issue with IOUtil.testDirExec() taking 30 seconds on the call to pr.waitFor().

I have attached my console log.

System Info:
Windows 10 Pro 64 bit
NVidia GTX 780Ti, latest drivers
Java 1.8.0_92 64 bit (problem also occurs with 32 bit)

Please indicate the exact version number of the driver.

Please indicate whether you use OpenJDK, Oracle Java or another JRE (this question is pertinent even under Windows as Azul Systems and Red Hat provide binary builds of OpenJDK for Windows).

I obtain similar logs when it works correctly :s I'll investigate.

I am using the Oracle 1.8.0_92 JDK, NVidia driver 368.39 (and the one before that).
