User operator on the javagaming.org forums has indicated that under some
circumstances (presumably if the JOAL classes do not exist on the web server and
it redirects elsewhere) that a SecurityException may be raised when trying to
look up the AL class. Should make the JOGLAppletLauncher more robust to this
situation.

Made JOGLAppletLauncher more robust to exceptions thrown from
Class.forName() looking up AL.class.
