Hi, the jpackage.org (http://jpackage.org/) project defines a means by which
Java libraries can install into the base operating system; in a nutshell, jar
files are all placed in /usr/share/java.  

The attached patch allows jogl's build system to automatically detect this, and
work out of the box on jpackage.org-compatible systems.  This is an intermediate
step until JSR277 is complete.

Added available check of /usr/share/java/antlr.jar. Not fully tested.
