All JogAmp module's generated zip files shall follow suite:

./jar - all jars (class/native)
./jnlp-files - all jnlp files using a TAG for URLs
./lib - all flat and plain native libraries (optional)


javadoc:

module/javadoc - the main javadoc folder

JOCL currently puts the native jar archive into lib.
