It would be nice to have a source archive with the version rc6 beta.
I would like to have a look to the Debian packaging of this release.

By the way, there is no git tag for the rc6 beta:

The current jogamp-test URL is not RC6 yet, just a drop-in test for OSX / Linux-ARMv7 users etc.

After doing my bug crawl today, I will push RC6 out with Linux & Android ARMV7 builds included,
probably tonight/tomorrow.

Sorry for the confusion.
