The deployment scripts that were "fixed" in 991 are now deploying source jar files as code jars. Even better, incorrect jars were deployed to the central repository.

Fixed in 75322060978ed360ebf3ad355abd915e868c92a4 with a few changes noted in the commit message that should make this class of bugs impossible in future.
